Little Words

Breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Breathe. Inhale. Exhale.

Put your hand over your chest.
Feel that?
That's the sound of the beauty of life beating.
That is the sound of living.

Breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Breathe. Inhale. Exhale.

Did you feel overwhelmed today? Stressed out? Sad?
Let it go.
Hold your breath.
Now let it go.

What problems did you have? Where they so huge or were they small? Will they go away if you dwell on them? Will they get better if you worry about them?

No?

Well then. Let it go.

Breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Breathe. Inhale. Exhale.

We all have problems. But are they worth stressing over? Or can you find yourself happy in the admist of chaos. Can you find beauty in it all? Can you let go what's hindering you right now and give it to God. If you can, do it. Do it. do it. do it

Breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Breathe. Inhale. Exhale.

Now smile. It's gone. The weight. It's gone. You are free from those shackles of stress and worry.
You are no longer tied down to the worlds' pressure. If you have let it go. Which you should.

Smile. Live. Smile. Live. Smile. Live.
Be Free.
Smile. Live. Smile. Live. Smile. Live.

Let it go...
let it go.

I have no idea where life will take me. I have no idea where the places I go will be. I have no idea what my profession will be. I have no idea if I have already met my husband or if he's still walking this earth looking for me. I have no idea if all of my dreams will come true or if none of the come true. I have no idea. But that's okay. I still think it's worth dreaming and hoping because everyone should have dreams and hopes and anticipation for fun and exciting things. Life won't always take the route you want it to, but when that happens it's up to you to make the best out of it. And your dreams won't always come true, and when that happens it's up to you to create new ones.

Life is too short to be unhappy with it.
So let things go.
What are you looking forward to?
What is your number one Dream?

  3. The hedgehog reminds me of my Henry the Hedgehog I had growing up. :) And this post reminds me that ... Life Is Good. Thank you for that ... because I am one of those people who was just sitting here thinking that life is tough. Feeling stressed. And then I read this. Thank You.

  4. You, girlie, have a brilliant way with words. The End.

hmmmm. My big dream... is probably to get married and have as many kids as God will give me. (At least seven, hopefully. More would be appreciated. :)

    But.

If I don't ever meet "my guy" (which would be a very sad story indeed) I'd probably want to illustrate children's books. That sounds like such a happy career. :D

    God bless!
