Fall Decor and Fall Happiness

I know, I know. I rave about my love for fall too much. But I haven't really written a post dedicated to Fall before so here it goes. :)

My house just got all Fall decorated and it was excited. So, I took pictures to show you all.
Also, on top of this, I had Pumpkin creamer in my Coffee today and Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal for breakfast. I don't think I will ever tire of Pumpkin flavored foods. Guess what I'm having for dinner tonight? Pumpkin Pancakes. I've never had them before, so I'm quite excited about this culinary creation. I'll let you know how it tastes though I can already guess the answer to that. :)

Yesterday I did some shopping as well, and guess what I came across? Orange pants. As soon as I realized that I hardly aquired any orange colored clothing and that Fall was approaching all too quickly, I've been wanting orange pants. And now I have some. I also got a Flannel shirt. I'm getting excited. I know it's approaching. And I think the wait will be worth it. I just wish it was slightly cooler.

Todays Agenda: I'm going for a Pulmonologist checkup( the lung doctor, because I have asthma). Then I'm gonna grab some lunch with my lovely sisters and Mom. After that, I'm going to see a friend of mine's band play at Smiley's Coffeehouse. I'm pretty excited because I haven't heard them play before, and also, let's face it; Concerts are just plain fun.

Anyways, here is my lovely decorated household items up so far. There will most likely be more additions once October arrives such as live pumpkins and scarecrows and such but I'll save those for another time and another post when the time comes.

We have three tables in our dining room and each one gets a colorful fall table cloth. :)

I also took some Fall leaves photos last year that I'll share with you all. The leaves haven't started falling yet here in ole FL or else I'd post some recent ones.

This one I put on the scanner. And then I enhanced the coloring a bit. I think it turned out cool.

Now to leave you off, I thought it'd be worth mentioning a few ways to be less stressed. I know I tend to get caught up and overwhelmed at times, so finding ways to relieve or be less stressed is important.

10 Tips to be Less Stressed:
1. Be where you are. As in, don't worry about work when you aren't at work. Live in the now.
2. Take a break from the web wide world every now and then. You don't have to answer that text message right now. It'll still be there in a few minutes.
3. Let go of Imagined Control of Life.
4. Smile More and Take Pauses.
5. Help Others. Helping others could help you.
6. Take time to read your Bible in the mornings. It'll make a big difference throughout your day.
7. Go Outside More.
8. Let loose. Dance. Be random. Do something extraordinary and fun.
9. Exercise.
10. Don't overbook your life. Save some time to actually enjoy it. :)

I hope that helped some.
What's some of your Fall favorites?
What are things you do to eliminate stress?

  3. No, you can never rave too much about fall!
It's the best season and therefore deserves attention. =D
Ahh, yes, fall is that season where you have an exuse to wear orange a lot.
I like eating oatmeal too, Maple flavored especially. Candy corn is to die for! It's my one weakness...
That first leaf picture is really neat, how the stem in the center pulls you in, kinda like a road. =D
The scanner one is cool, nice idea.
I like the shoes, and the last one, Fall Ya'll! It's a perfect rhyme!
