La Weekenda's

Basically thats fake Spanish for the Weekends.
Though, I'm quite unsure why I made it plural.
But hey, let's roll with it.

So the Weekends. Want to hear what it consisted of? I'ma tell you!

Unexpected chocolates. Freezing Soccer Game on Saturday. Tropical Smoothie. Daddy Daughter Dance. Watching Cars for the first time. Getting up at 7:00 am for a soccer game on Sunday. Feeling bruised and battered but accomplished. Nap Taking. Dark Mocha Lattes and Brownie Batter Donuts. Astro Skating. Bonfire.

So live. And live it full. Live it well. Leave your mark. Leave a legacy. Be far from ordinary.

I really like my life. I like the people in it. I like the small little things like getting a cup of coffee and a donut at Dunkin Donuts. I like adventures and I like planning for exciting things and I like dreaming. I like being happy. :) I'm still looking up info on the Disney College program, I'd really like to take part in it. If anyone knows a lot about it, has been apart of it/ is apart of it, or knows of people who have been/are apart of the program, please let me know. I would appreciate to hear your thoughts on it, what job you had, what you liked/disliked or if you haven't done it but know people who have, please let me know what they think, their job, what they liked/disliked, etc. I just am quite unsure of my future uphead after I finish out my AA and this really sounds like something up my alley. Thanks.

I'll leave it at that.
 Short, simple updates.

  6. Well I know two people who are in the college program here in Cali. I'm not close to either of them so I've never had a conversation with them about it. But based on their Facebook status' they seem to LOVE it! Haha. I don't know what they do specifically, but one girl is really into acting and I think she's been able to dress as some of the characters (she had pics up of her as Alice from Alice in Wonderland awhile back) and I think she does that often. I don't really know what else they do but they always seem to be having a ball! I think you should go for it :)

Your weekend sounds so good! I had a somewhat spontaneous coffee date with some best friends last night, it was amazing. And actually its been surprisingly warm here, but it's Cali so I'm not sure why I'm surprised :p

My favorite mythical creature... I really enjoy the loch ness monster, honestly. He seems so cool and I bet he's really just pretty misunderstood. I also like bigfoot a lot because tallness, lots of hair, and big feet run in my family, so I kind of understand him. Plus people would tease my older siblings in school about being one of Harry and the Hendersons (our last name is Henderson). haha!

    What's YOUR favorite mythical creature?!

P.S. THANK YOU for your comment. I don't know if you ever hesitate about leaving super long comments, but I love when you do! Cause they are often so encouraging and just fun and thought provoking. I do hope for that perfectly simple life some day and I adore your story about me falling in love with the country guy and surprising him with pies. haha.

    Have a woooooooooooooooooooooonderous day :D

  10. THIS IS THE BEST POST!!! <3
All the pictures and quotes! You're so good at putting them together and picking the best ones... I like the second one alot because I rather feel like I've lost my curiousity...maybe it ran away with Peter's shadow... =/. Which I got from the library today btw! 8D Haven't gotten a chance at it yet though.
YOU HADN'T SEEN CARS??! That's terrible! But splendid that you have been educated now, didja like it? Ya? =D (You can tell who did!)
My favorite mythical creature is....Hmmm...I don't recall I've ever been asked this before... Aha! Hobbes. ;) He's a mythical, Calvin pouncing, tuna-fish eating tiger. =D
